Saint-Médard-de-Guizières (Gironde)

This church has been bashed about a bit, but the few corbels that remain on the damaged apse are remarkable.

She is indicating or pulling her vulva, and seems also to be protruding her tongue.

The other three surviving corbels include a very toothy sow, a simian head...
